WHAT WE DO - DIVISIONS

US Oil & Gas

Tri-Star has a strong track record of safe field operations, petroleum exploration, development, and production in the US since 1979.  Today, Tri-Star’s US activities are focused on conventional oil & gas exploration and production in South Louisiana.

As a Gulf Coast operator, Tri-Star's US office is staffed with a multifaceted in-house team that includes field operations, geophysics, reservoir engineering, reservoir geology, petroleum engineering, seismic interpretation, and land management.

Operated Exploration & Development
Drilling + PDP Acquisition

Tri-Star’s objective is to grow its production base over the coming years through developing drilling targets with strong life cycle economics.

Tri-Star remains active in the acquisition market and continues to actively evaluate operated PDP assets that contain exploration upside.

In-House Prospect Generation

Tri-Star has significant geophysical, geologic, reservoir engineering, land and operations expertise for full prospect maturation and development to build a portfolio of drilling inventory across our core areas.

Investing in Third-Party
Exploration Opportunities

While Tri-Star is an experienced field operator, we are open to partnering with others to drill and evaluate opportunities.

Tri-Star employs a fulsome, technically focused screening process for all third-party opportunities that are assessed for potential investment and participation.

As a partner of choice, Tri-Star believes in a culture of collaboration in all our joint ventures to create mutually successful outcomes.
