Tri-Star has a strong track record of safe field operations, petroleum exploration, development, and production since 1979. Today, Tri-Star is focused on conventional oil & gas production and exploration in East Texas and South Louisiana. 

Tri-Star's US team is highly technical, with with a multifaceted skill set that includes field operations, geophysics, reservoir engineering, reservoir geology, petroleum engineering, seismic exploration, and land management.

Operating Producing Assets

Tri-Star currently operates Cote Blanche Island and manages a number of non-operated working interests in the Gulf Coast. Tri-Star invests in PDP assets and is actively working to maximize value creation with production optimization with workovers and new drill activities. Tri-Star remains active in the acquisition market as the team continues to source and screen on-market and off-market assets that fit internal investment criteria.

Organic Prospect Generation

Tri-Star has significant geophysical, geologic, reservoir engineering, land and operations expertise for full cycle prospect maturation to accurately quantify risk v. reward. Tri-Star is data focused with the goal of using data analytics to drive decision making processes. Tri-Star is an experienced field operator and is open to partnering with others to drill and evaluate these opportunities.
